PURPOSE DIFFERENTIATES A MAN

            PURPOSE DIFFERENTIATES A MAN
You were fashioned for a purpose; for life
 Is based on purpose
Discovering life’s purpose is a phrase that has stimulated me to pursue my destiny and to fan the dying embers of my desire for more out of the life. It is my hope that as you read this chapter it will do the same for you as you apply the secrets unveiled in it.

I have written this chapter based on the light available to me and the inspiration I’ve had from God’s word. I am particularly challenge by the life of Moses, one of the heroes of faith mention in the eleventh chapter of the book of Hebrews. Moses was a very calculative and decisive man. His courage and boldness, what he suffer to forever put his name in the Hebrews faith hall of fame because of particular interest to me as I study his life various performances It took courage and, yes, faith for Moses to give up his place in the palace, but he could do it because he saw the fleeting nature of Egypt’s wealth and prestige.

I realize that Moses’ boldness in refusing to be called the son of pharaoh’s daughter, choosing affliction rather than  the passing pleasures of Egypt, esteeming the reproach of Christ’s greater riches above Egypt’s treasure  and forsaking Egypt, not fearing the king’s wrath, would not have been possible had not discovered himself and God’s purpose for his life. I believe this is why Jay Rifenbary said, ‘’purpose naturally lead to prudent risk-taking.’’ Moses’ faith, courage and prudence were the virtues that enhanced his personality and placement in the scripture.  He was able to discern and discover himself, his place and purpose and he became a hero of faith in the BIBLE.
Discovering your purpose play a prominent role in the fulfillment of your destiny. To uncover the depth of your destiny  and appropriate  your God-given purpose, you must first discover it and then give it a prominent place with it wheel set rolling. In fact discovering is yet going on today. Every day will see new inventions adorning our world. These invention begins with ideas in the mind of the inventor. We all have ideas. If you can fix that idea rightly, then you will be reckoned with in your generation. Realize that the only way we can fully manifest our potential is when we first discover them. That is why I’m thrilled at the opportunity to share this concept with you. It is a concept that I seek to pursue every day and I feel that, perhaps in some small way, it will help spur you to discover your own life’s purpose. To be honest, discovering life purpose is not a small task. Sometime it comes at a price. But you and I know that in life nothing good ever come easy. Therefore, you should be ready to give it every bit of your strength  in order to have the reward. After all, men like Michael faraday, John Wesley, martin luther, and the order great men and women who adorn our page of history, were in their time ready to risk their lives and even willing to die for what they believed. As you’ve probably heard so many times, “behind every glory, there is a story.’’ Of all discoveries I think the discovery of self and purpose is the greatest. You will never amount to anything unless you know who you are, what you were born to accomplish.
As Myles Munroe often say, “Where purpose is not know, abuse is inevitable.’’ I NEED YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU WERE BORN FOR A REASON, a purpose. GOD has given you all things but discovering them is the gateway to receiving them. You may have a great destiny, but if you do not have access to it, you will never reach it. What you see is you right now, that mess you are in, or that despair you find yourself right now is not all that there is about you. There is more. You can make a difference. You can reach your potential.  You can stand on the mountaintop and boldly declare, “I am coming out! I am standing out!’’ the key is to discover who you are, what you were meant to be. I assure you; you will become that person that the LORD has made you to be.
